Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed and unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email us at nanathelabelcontact@gmail.com. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions. Returns should be sent to: 17 Rue Erckmann-Chatrian, 54310 Homecourt, France.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered, so we can look into it and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the condition described above.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to process and post the refund.
