The products offered for sale are those shown on the website on the day the customer visits it. Product photos and descriptions are presented with the greatest possible care; however, slight differences may exist between the photos and the product delivered. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. NANA the label reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force when the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

NANA the label reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Payment can be made by:

  • any other payment method offered on the website.

Transactions are secured by our partner payment providers.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on the destination country and the carrier. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier. NANA the label cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by exceptional circumstances.

Article 7 – Receipt of products

The customer must check the condition of the parcel on delivery. Any issue (damaged parcel, missing product, wrong item) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to nanathelabelcontact@gmail.com.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give a reason. The product must be returned:

  • unworn;
  • unwashed;
  • with its original tags;
  • in its original packaging.

Return costs are paid by the customer. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after the returned product has been received and checked.

Article 9 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed: underwear; swimwear without a hygiene liner; hygiene accessories.

Article 10 – Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to availability. The customer must contact customer service before sending any return.

Article 11 – Legal warranties

Article 12 – Liability

NANA the label cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased. The liability of NANA the label is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 13 – Personal data
